Staying Healthy

Hi Everyone, Hope you can share your thoughts on staying healthy. I believe that health is really important because we can't accomplish anything if we are not healthy. Do you think so too? What would you suggest we should do to stay healthy? Hope you can discuss in terms of diet, exercise and relationships. What should be the main factors that contribute to a healthy lifestyle?

The best things to have in life are good health, good luck and happiness. Not a single person is going to feel happy if they are in very poor health. I think it is wise to eat a healthy diet and to take vitamin supplements if necessary. I know that to be healthy it is sensible to do some exercise daily. It could be walking, jogging, running, netball, football or swimming. Stress is not a healthy thing. It is wise to be able to discuss matters clearly. A vacation can help a person be happy and feel relaxed. Going away for a vacation is a way to recharge energy. When I do that I come home feeling incredibly refreshed. A city is great for learning about history, culture and architecture. A tropical beach is better for blissful relaxation.

you are right, even if you were the worlds richest person but were not healthy, what would you have? i am hoping to exercise more and cut back on calories this year. plus i think getting an adequate sleep helps too.
