Even is luck is a matter of chance, it is our choice to accept it or not. What I mean is if you are lucky enough to get a lottery ticket, it is your choice to redeem that ticket or not. So, it is you who always decide what you want to take, instead of what comes to you. Hope you are clear with my answer.
