when flu comes,how can you prevent from it

because of my rhinities, flu always tortures me. these time H1N1 make me long time no cure... i really want to be away from flu.. because the doctor tells me when flu comes my rhinities comes

Drink a lot of fluids, preferably water or fruit juices. Believe me, it helps. Take Vitamin C, and wash your hands frequently for you to get rid of germs and viruses, especially when you came from a crowded place. It's a really essential way to protect yourself--it is simple but it is very helpful.

drink pleanty of liquids, wash your hands often but i do this and for some reason i got the virus, hit me like a ton of bricks cannot seem to shake it ... at least my food is staying down ...now to get my strength back . it is going to take some time... and when it hit it hits wham oh

In preventing flu, take vitamin C supplement to add minerals for your immune system. Do eat nutritious foods and fruits which has many vitamin sources. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water in a day is a good wash out for body toxic substances. Avoid vices and pollutions as much possible. Wash your hands daily because they can catch diseases that may lead to infections. You can take natural juices like orange extracts and other juice fruits rich in Vitamin C as alternative too.

In addition to Vitamin C, you need calcium to use it. Also, make sure your Vitamin D levels are adequate. Overall good health will help you fight off a virus infection of any kind. Get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water, avoid sugars, especially processed white sugar. Wash your hands often and thoroughly and pay attention to the things you touch like door handles, library books and shopping carts.
