Just have my mom live in your home for a month and you'll lose weight. She's strict with what to eat and when to eat it. I complain but glad at the same time coz had check-up recently and passed every single 1 of them

Well, one motivation for me to lose weight was how my clothes are fitting on me now and how physically I am period. what made me seriously want to lose weight was running for the bus to get to church. My husband outran me and I was loosing so much breath that when I got on the bus, it took nearly 20 minutes to catch my breath. Another is my clothes. I have some clothes that are not even a year old and are not fitting right. Last and not least, when climbing the stairs I could feel my knees hurting really bad. So I say to you, if you have a piece of clothing that you just love, make it a goal to fit back into it. I personally purchased a recumbent bike to help me with the cardio part of exercising and also a home gym to take of the strength portion of exercising. I don't want to end up like some of my family members who have an array of different health problems from sleep apnea to diabetes because they are seriously overweight.

This one is easy for me...my daughter motivates me. She is my biggest fan and my greatest supporter in all that I do. And this goes for losing weight also. She gets me to dance with her, we take walks together. And we just play sometimes. All movement is good movement. She is definitely the twinkle in my eye.
