I am so Happy that there was not much of a hiatus this time with The Biggest Loser. Personally I am so hooked on this show, and am amazed at what they can do with these people in so short of time. There have definately been some Bright moments on this show for sure. Now with seeing them showing previews of someone weighing over 500 and being on there makes me wonder how can people get this Big and lead lives? As far as I know, the Biggest I have ever been is around 235 and for me that was enough. So how many watched this one, and what are your thoughts on this seasons? Do you think we will see some Surprizes or are you not really interested? ~~TINA~~

One thing about the show that drives me cray is sending people home on the first day. I know it is a competition and all, but that is just mean to not even give them a chance to work out once before going home. I am glad they are going to let one of the couples that had to go home come back after 30 days, but it is still wrong.

Yes, when they sent those 2 couples home right away without even giving them a chance I was really thinking that is not Fair. Especially with that heavy man and his daughter. Expecting something like this from them all and then sending 2 couples home does seem unfair. I just wish they could bring them both back and give them at least one week of training with Bob and Jillian. But I guess we can just wish them and hope the Best as well.

I have seen a few episodes but have never actually watched the show from begining to end. I think it is great that these people are almost given a second life thanks to this show. I was able to catch the last episode from the last seasons show and was amazed at the weight loss....

I used to be interested, but I have not been able to watch for a long time. I found the show to be really inspiring.

I agree with you, it is amazing how much weight these people can lose. I watched the new premiere show just the other day and all of the contestants are huge. I can't believe the amount of weight they all lost. A female broke a record and lost the most weight in one week for a female, at 23 pounds. I have been changing my eating habits and it has taken me 2 years to lose 50 pounds. I still have another 20 pounds to go to reach my goal weight. I was weighing in at 195 pounds 2 years ago and now weight 145 pounds but need to get to 125 pounds. Then a guy broke the record for the most weight lost by a guy in a week, at 39 pounds. Amazing!

The contestants just get bigger and bigger each season, it's nuts! I felt so bad for those twins, having to choose one to send home, but I think they made the right choice, that guy with the bad knee wasn't going to do much good at the ranch, and he did great at home, losing 100 lbs in 2 months!!

I watched it and I love it. I try to catch every season. I think there were one or two that I didn't watch much of but I'm back again and hooked. I love that Jillian is back and now her and Bob are training together. I can't believe how big this group is, but it just goes to show you how bad obesity is getting all over the country. I really want to see Shay come back and weigh in at the finale lol.

I'm not interested in these types of shows, but my cousin sent me a picture she took of me at Christmas and I look like I weigh 200 lbs! I don't, but I'm less than 5'1" and do weigh more than I should.

I have never watched it but my daughter loves watching the show....I am with you on I find it hard to believe that someone can weigh 500 lbs...I know what I eat and it's hard to think of eating more then that....just to keep the weight up you must have to eat incredible amounts of food....it would make me sick.

I've actually thought about finding what network this show is on and the time as I've seen the previews but forgot which network it said it'd be on. I think I'd like to see this season. I've seen glimpses of previous seasons, but I think this one will be a real heart wrencher with the weight of one of the contestants as you've mentioned.

Hi KrauseHome: I'm excited its back on too, the show has become so popular that they do have more "seasons" of it on now which is great; I get so emotional watching that show, it truly amazes me how well most of them do on there; Last night I was just "STUNNED" At how much weight they all were losing in just a week...WOW!! I can't wait til the next show should be really good!

I am absolutely hooked on this show as well and look forward to each and every week of the new episodes. I was telling hubby last night as we were watching it that it was nice that there wasnt any whining and people ready to quit working out during there workouts --especially the first workout. I am amazed as well how every season the people get bigger and bigger...even as Jillian and Bob had mentioned...this season has the biggest contestants as of yet... and these people somehow manage to get around at those sizes. I am glad that they do continue to work and get out, but so sad to see them suffer and go thru what they have, which is another reason why I love this show....they get a second chance and a real life and they like themselves so much at the end of the season. I cant wait until next weeks episode... I am so hooked!!! Happy mylotting!!

I don't consider myself overweight (but I could lose a few), but I can't seem to get my eyes off this show. I was watching a hockey game last night, but I kept flipping back to NBC after every break at the game. I think the show is amazing. On the changes they make to people. I hope it's an inspiration for the rest of people who consider themselves on the heavier side.

I haven't watched The Biggest Loser for at least a year but I plan to watch it again this season. I've heard that the participants are some of the heaviest the show has ever had. I'm also interested in the experience of those whose life is so hampered by their weight. However, a doctor was interviewed on our local tv news and he was asked about this season's Biggest Loser. He said that there have been a number of former contestants who gained back all the weight they took off during the show. I thought that was interesting but sad too. However, I'll be watching with you.

The Show is Inspiring! And it also makes us realize how good we do have it. I mean my heaviest was 232 and it was awful. i stepped on the scale and I couldn't believe it. And had to do something. By seeing these heavier people on the program it makes you realize that your life/ weight isn't so bad. But it also puts aware into our systems saying that if we don't do something soon with our own weight issues.. That could be us in a matter of time. I'm excited about the new season. I watched it tonight and usually I have a favorite out of the group. And so far.. I can't choose. I just feel for each and every one of them that they need to be there. But the thing about sending people home well.. Life's a journey and sometimes a struggle and by doing that it just goes hand in hand with Life. I can't wait to see what they have in store next week and hopefully it'll keep me inspired to want that healthy lifestyle even more =)

Since I live in Oregon, it is just came on, and I feel the same as the one user, sending people ome so quick when they just got started. It just doesn't seem fair at all, but fules are rules I guess. I really don't like the rules to well, but I am not on the show, so I don't care, but I do feel for those that are, as hhey apply for the show, and end up leaving the first week. I know, I couldn't do what they do, that is for sure. I never ever want to get that big either. I am concerned about my weight so I will do what it takes not to get that big. I guess they just eat all the wrong things and way to much of them. Some of the foods they eat make me sick to look at them let alone eat them. Take care, and happy mylotting.
