Pacquiao vs. Mayweather fight to push through?

In light of the Mayweather/Pacquiao on and off fight, there seems to be a new ray of hope in the form of a retired judged named Daniel Weinstein. He's supposed to be mediating on behalf of Arum's Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions to make this fight happen. I hope that he can find a solution to the impasse that seems to be derailing this superfight that everyone wants to happen. The people doesn't want to see Manny fight Malignaggi or Yuri Foreman, or Mayweather to fight Hatton's brother Ricky. I, in particular want this fight to push through to answer the nagging question of who's the best fighter to date.
