Music brings peace.

Recently i read some articles that two countries who have been on absolute war state but never had a war for almost 50 years now think that if they have music in common could bring some peace between them. Do you actually believe that music can bring peace if so then why do not terrorists made to listen music?? If it had been so easy then why would we need nuclear weapons and big other missiles and warships and other warcrafts?? Do you think this is a practical solution??
