I read an article yesterday with the same title,it said when u felt stressful, angry or frustration, the first thing u should do was just held the emmotion and immersed urself in it for one minute, just one minute. Then took a deep breath and asked urself "WAS I going to consume rest of my life piontless in this statu".The answer would come out easily, then U should clear up ur mental space and began to recovery, say goodbye to ur past. The more quickly u recovery from the adversitythe more successful u are, even u are a totally a loser yesterday.
So, what's ur recovery rate?? one minute? one hour? one day? or longer?
Do u think it is high enough for u??

If I'm angry, I can know it easily. But sometimes, people don't know that they are stressed or depressed. And that's the problem. Very busy people sometimes don't realize anymore what they are feeling until they get sick or starts to behave differently. When my ulcer starts to give me pain, (sometimes), I take a couple of hours by myself, and try to evaluate myself whether this is because I'm stressed or not. And when it is because of stress, then it takes me about an hour to reconcile in myself, to let it go, and not think about the problem anymore.
