How Do You Eat Ice Cream on a Cone?

I have my way of eating an ice cream.I would lick the ice cream and its cone together until both is finish.

Hello, a pleasant day to all of you here. You have a very nice discussion here. I like it. As I read your posts and comments, the words like "licking" the ice cream and the ice cream cone... It really taste good. I have tried it also. And I have also licked.. Oh, what a discussion! I'm salivating!

I usually lick mine around the sides near the top of the cone and then lick upwards so I can make sure to lick up the ice cream before it drips over the side of the cone. I just keep on doing that all the way until the ice cream is all off the top and then I eat the cone with most of the ice cream still in here.

First of all, I absolutely prefer to eat ice cream on the cone over in a cup or a bowl or anything else. It just feels completely authentic and is fun to toy with while enjoying your favorite ice cream. The way I eat ice cream on the cone is that I like to lick the side of the ice cream in a spiral until it eventually becomes skinnier and skinner. Then I like to take chunks off the top and eventually eat my way down to where it becomes flat. Then I dig in to the cone, I do this very slowly and take my time though, ha. I think this depends on what kind of ice cream you'd have though. If I was to have a cookie dough ice cream cone (which is probably my favorite) then I would take time to individually pick out the cookie dough pieces. Anyways that's how I eat ice cream on the cone, and in general its my favorite way to eat ice cream.

I have a sort of strange way eating an ice cream cone. :P What I do is I eat the top of the cone. When the ice cream starts dripping, I lick it... And then I lick a lot of the ice cream off. After that I'm left with the cone and ice cream inside. Finally, I eat the rest of the cone. All done! May sound a little bit weird but that's me.

I just take some little bites at it after a few licks.My ice cream treat does not last that long but it is very enjoyable.

i eat the ice cream that way too... but i have a better idea (i got this from my brother), fill the tip of the cone with at least an inch of chocolate fudge then add the ice cream.. by the time you get to the bottom, the chocolate will have hardened... yum, the best way to end the treat.
