How does myLot pay to its members !?

Hi everyone, I am a new member to myLot and really wonder about its concept of paying its members when members discuss among themselves. I have seen that myLot does not contain any huge advertisement on its pages or even it is not a PTC program then how it pays all its members? But I surely assume that myLot is a great website!.
