There are quite a Good Number of Challenges that we as an a Automation Engineer face in our day to day life:a)Technical: 1.The Custom Controls and their rendering to Automation. 2.Maintenance and keeping pace with changed functionality. 3.Object Repository and subsequent database/OR logical arrangment. 4.Keeping framework scalable and robust. b)Management: 1.They Feel Automation is elixir. 2. Everything in this world can be automated - a wrong concept. c)Cost Effectiveness: 1.Management feels that we should start giving ROI the day we start. d)Clients apathy: 1.Client do not understand the Automation as a result much energy is spent in explaining the basic of what is being developed.
