DUMB & DUMBER, Stupid Laws because of stupid people, And we all pay for it

In thinking about discussion topics that would be interesting I thought I would do some research on "DUMB LAWS". As most of us know there are hundreds of outdated laws made, in some cases more than a 100 years ago, that dont apply to anything today. But then there are laws on the books that just dont make any sense at all, or have wording in them that is just plain stupid. I'm not surprised that I found some such laws, but the fact that i did in a matter of about 2 minutes on the internet is amazing to me. For example, In Rancine, Wisconson it is illegal to shoot "MISSLES" at any person or object in the route of a parade, "UNLESS" you are a bonafide participate in said parade. In Thousand Oaks, California it is illegal to hold a "Bankruptcy" or "Going Out of Business" sale without a permit. And, in Indian Wells, California it is illegal to drink "CEMENT", unless of course it is perscribed to you by a doctor or medical professional. That particular one is on the books because of dumba** people who like to inhale things to get high. Speaking of getting high, In Arizona it is illegal to sell imitation controlled substances. So in other words its illegal to sell "FAKE COCAINE" in Arizona. That leads to a good question. Are the police violating there own laws when using fake drugs in sting operations to get drug dealers, and users off the street. Is this what we really pay our politicians to do for us, draft stupid laws, with ludicrous terminology that makes no sense. Of course we wouldn't have these laws on the books if we didn't have countless people walking around with absolutely no common sense. These are only a few examples of dumb laws I found in a matter of minutes. There are countless more idiot inspired laws on the books in every state in the country. I'm sure Mylotters from around the world have far more examples of dumb laws in your countries. So please respond and tell about them.
