According to Pete Wentz, Fall Out Boy will be taking a hiatus during 2010 and part of 2011. He said that it was because he feels that he is a hindrance to the band because of his marriage to Ashlee Simpson and his tabloid coverage. Over the break, Patrick Stump will be producing more records and Joe Trohman will be getting married. Nobody really knows what Andy Hurley is going to do.And also, some people suspect that Pete and Ashlee may be getting a divorce. In a recent magazine, Pete told them that he is mad that she is spending all of his money. According to Forbes, last year Pete Wentz made 8 million dollars. That is a skyrocket amount compared to 2007 when the whole band together only made 14 million dollars. Overall, maybe the hiatus will be good for the band. Pete can get his marriage back on track and Patrick can become a master producer alongside Jay-Z and Kanye West. On a final note, be sure to look for Pete Wentz's new signature bass, hopefully soon available to the public. It is all black with purple instead of where the red was.
