Are you enjoying your current job?

Do you like it? Or do you do it just to provide food for the table, regardless of you enjoying it or not? I have once had a job that I didn't like because of so many factors, like the management, my coworkers, and the salary. Besides, I wasn't enjoying it at all--it felt like hell everyday, having to deal with the stress and the yelling managers. I resigned immediately and didn't regret it. And oh, it was only in a fast-food restaurant, not in an office or a company. I think most people work today just for the sake of money, even if the job in no way excites them. They feel pressured to work, and they're afraid to lose it because of the condition of the global economy. Are you one of them? How do you feel about it? Would you stick to your job? Would you force yourself to love it?

So far, I'm enjoying my job as a Writer-Editor. I think it's because I'm making a living out of my forte and my line of interest. In addition, the benefits and salary I get are relatively competitive when compared to other people who are also in the editorial field. I also like the tasks currently assigned to me by my boss that is why I'm enjoying my job so far.

Yes,i love and like my job a lot.At present i am working as a network engineer in a software firm and i enjoy this job a lot.I never think of quitting this job, because once we quit the job,it is very difficult get a new job in the current recession time.If i get any free time in between my job,i like to spend it on mylot and other money making sites. Now a days it is not so easy to get a job according to our taste or choice. So before quitting the job we have to think twice.

I am happy for you, you are fortunate to have a very decent job (which sounds like it pays very well) that you love as well. It's true that jobs today are hard to get, and when you finally get them, you should stick with it, esp. with the recession. In my former job, it was just physical and emotional torture. I have thought twice about resigning because of the money, but then, I thought I just couldn't stand working there any longer.
