Doyou think it is a good habit to go to bed late at night and get up in the afternoon? Why?
Some said it is bad for our health and can easily lead to aging. Is this statement scientific? Others said it had nothing to do with our heath.
So whom should we trust?

Its not a good habit to go to bed at night and get up in the afternoon.
Let's say you stay as late as 3am and wake up at 2pm. First of all our neurons recharge only at night when it is dark, i don't know why but that's what i read and learned. Also getting too much sleep is bad for the health. Sleep right remember?

I am a night person and have been living my life that way ever since I become an adult. My family (and even some friends) completely believe that the sun up to sun down way of living is the only "right" way. I've been told by many people that I have this problem or that issue because I like to be active and awake at night. I really prefer this time because there are less outside distractions (no one's up to bug you) and that is the time of day I feel most energized and motivated. I might feel differently if the opposite were true. However, I don't go around telling people that all their problems are because they aren't up in the middle of the night! It's not the stone age, and we don't have to work from sun up to sun down or hide ourselves in the dark to survive. It's true that the basic "circadian rhythms" in our bodies are supposed to regulate our sleep/wake cycle according to the exposure to light or darkness. Having artificial light, instant communications, and commerce available 24/7 (for years) has probably interfered with that. And this isn't going to stop any time soon. We are living in a brave new world with survival concerns based on life in the 21st century (not on a light source or lack thereof). Rhythms change and so must people.

Well it depends on you. I could never do it. I would be mentally messed up and would be unable to function if I had done this. I go to bed at a certain time and I wake up in the morning. Staying up too late and getting up in the afternoon would really affect my life. That's just the way I am. It could be the fact that I have grown set in my sleep patterns, that I believe that doing something like this could have a very adverse affect on my health.

By no chance it is a good habit to go to bed late at night.Health is a term which includes both physical and mental state. For a time being it will not affect our physical state as such but your mental state will going to affect.IN SHORT,if u go to bed early then u can even wake up early with enough rest your mind and body requires and tomorrow u feel fresh and your working efficiency remains much higher.but if u do opposite then after few days u will feel exhausted and will not work as fine as u tend to do always.Thats what i think.
waking up early in the morning and doing yoga is the best thing to do.BELIEVE ME ON THIS
