I'm going to send you a friend request. I haven't been active on MyLot for a few months because of some family activities but am now going to back to writing on this site more. I want to catch up with my friends again, something that's very important here.

I think I am already in your friends list. Hope you get more friend's request but make sure you support all your friends discussions.

You should first make yourself known by making good quality responses to discussions. That way you will get to know the people who are interested in the same things as you and they will get to know you. Many people are wary of accepting friend requests from very new members because so many people only come here to spam. I always look at the person's profile when I get a friend request. If there is nothing yet there to show what kind of person they are, I will often deny the request until I can know the person a little better through their discussions and responses.
