What type of walking is useful;? Can you share your knowldege and Experience ?

For a healthy living and for the fitness we have to change our habits, dieting as well as exercises. Most of the people go for a morning walking or evening walking. Some people are very serious in their walking or exercise. In my walking sessions

I must say, take a brisk walk for 30 minutes and you will be fine. Brisk walking means walking not too slow and not too fast. I heard from experts that we need at least 10000 steps per day to have a healthy heart.

Haha... That's right and even it becomes a slogan of a particular brand. A brisk walk brings us relax, fresh, n powerful.

For me, the type of walking that is useful is Breeze walk. This is a good source of relaxation. You can enjoy the environment around you without being pressured to rush ahead. Your breathing pattern and cardiovascular system will also learn to adjust slowly to your exercise pattern. You will not perspire much. This will be good for all ages especially the older ones. Your mechanic physical activities will be gaining good effect too.

I think every kind of walking is beneficial. Ihave heard that you should walk about 10,000 steps each day, that will keep you fit. I usually walk real fast. I like to hike but haven't got to do that in a very long time!
