how to find out the name of a favorite song?

this happened at times: when we were listening to the radio, watching TV shows, even walking on the street, we may find some songs we like very much, but in these condition it is difficult or impossible to know the name, and so, we cant find it next time when we want to listen again. what a pity!
do you have this experience? and how to deal with it?

I hit to the internet. If you can remember a line of the lyrics you can search for them online. There are quite a few websites that you can search for songs by the lyrics. You just type them in and it will give you all the songs that have that lyric in it. I used it one time to find a song my husband liked. We kept hearing it played at the football games we went to. so I listened and remembered a lyric then found the song and surprised him with the cd.

good idea, but this can only take effect when you remember the lyrics, and the exactly lyrics, the more the better. if we feel like the songs we heard, we may pay much more attention to it, so we can remember the lyrics. and it is another good idea to make a cd of the favorite song to surprise our friends. lol~thank you for your idea, and happy new year!

i just look for it in the internet. type for the lyrics then search.

Usually the title of the song is in the lyrics of the song. Know the song well, then you will realize that the title is simply in the chorus. Then search in the internet if you are right. Goodluck
