HR lost my contract! / myLot

My three collegues entering the company in the same period as me sign contract with our company today, but I don't get one. I want to sign contract ,became permenant employee and gain higher salary. So I asked HR why I haven't gotten. She paused for a few seconds and said "Oh, sorry, I lost it!"

Oh no that is terrible. And to give you the poor sad excuse like that. That is just plain awful. they need to do better and be more responsible. I mean, seriously this is someones career we are talkin about here.
