Hi candyoops.
What time do you go to bed? Perhaps a little sooner might work. Also, do you eat a good breakfast? Carbohydrates help as does protein. I drink a protein drink every morning. I get up most mornings at 6am.
The sleep time is kind of important, too little or too much can make one tired.

It can get tiring but just look forward to the days off.
If you feel tired when you wake, go to bed earlier, read a book, it will help you fall asleep. As long as you have had enough sleep, you should not feel tired.
Jump into the shower as soon as you get out of bed. This will help you wake up.
I use a programmable coffee maker. That way when I smell the coffee, it is easier for me to get up and grab one while I am waking up.

having day job can be quite tough of course. sometimes you feel like you dont want to work anymore, but come to think of it if you will not work and quit your job then how will you survive in this world? well, there is no other way my friend, meaning, you really have to strive hard to make the most out of your existence.
good day!

Getting up from bed as early as possible in the morning is a very much good factor for our healthy life. Most people start their day from 5:00 a.m. This habit not only makes you fit physically but also improve the body stamina as well the skeleton. In today's hectic, busy and competitive life wasting time is foolish act. That is why I would like to get up from bed early in the morning by at least 6:00. This will help me to get ready for job on time, solve many aliments as well the breathing complexities.

I'm with you. I hate getting up early. I have to get up at 7 too to get my girls ready for school. I have been spoiled the last 2 weeks though because they were off for Christmas vacation. They were supposed to go back this week but the weather prevented them. Monday they canceled school because of blowing drifting snow. Then Tuesday they had a 2 hr delay because of snow. Wednesday they canceled again because we got more snow. Today was the first full day they've had all week. So I got to sleep in till this morning I had to get up. Tomorrow is up in the air because we are supposed to get another 4-8 inches tonight, so they might cancel again.

Early to bed, and early to rise, makes an old lady (or an old man) healthy wealthy and wise!
I'm a senior male aged 76, and rising at 6 am is my forte! No matter, whether I'm in Canada working, or in South Texas holidaying, I'm up promptly at 6. During the winter in Texas, Yoga exercise class begins promptly at 7;30 am. We have as many as 40 participants at the 45 minute session and this gets our day started, and our blood pumping. I have not missed a morning yoga class in 5 years.
Try to give yourself a reason to get up, and bed will not seem nearly as important in your life!
