Search and Earn Real?

Have anyone heard of search and earn? It is a website that offers people money or reward to use their sponsored search engine, each time you search for something using the search box and your account will be credited with some money. I'm quit interested with it. I have look for a website named supportingfriends.com but being told that is a scam and it previous website name was myhpf.com...they scammed a lot people also. Erm...is there any real search and earn website? Any website has recent proof payment and we can easily make money from them..? I know most of them ban users when it comes to cashout.
