Do you know that keyboard and mouse are very very dirty ?

It seems to be wrong. I've read from somewhere, which says that it doesn't matter.

my keyboard are not dirty at all....my room has an ac on full time and there is not a single filament of dirt on my keyboard or mouse ...... but yeah i agree that they are very dirty as my office also has other computers and i see thir keyboards and they are really dirty

Neither the keyboard nor the mouse but our hands are the dirtiest. If we keep a track of our hands you will be shocked to know what contributes to them being the dirtiest. Whether we are in the house or outside travelling, or shopping or whatever have you realised what are the various things we touch? It is therefore advised that we wash our hands as many times as possible and that too with soap and water.

The keyboard and mouse are only as dirty as you let them to be. If you don't make sure your hands are washed and dried before sitting down to use them, then of course the keys are going to get dirty. Same applies if you eat food at your computer desk, then go to use the mouse and keyboard. But, no, the plastic keys don't start out that way. You make it that way.

Well, very true. In labs you cannot avoid dirty mouse and dirty keyboards. There's no one who it clean it for you anyway.

i agree. keyboards and mouse are very dirty. many people handle their keyboard and mouse with bad and dirty hands. we also eat sometimes infront of our keyboard which results in spillage of food inside the keyboard and thus making them dirty.

Hi, ladyfirst. I am pretty sure that it can get very dirty full of unseen germs. It is openly exposed to bacteria and parasites. That is why, before, I eat while on the keyboard, I will wash my hands. Touching keys are very unclean when your hands are not washed. Thank you for the precaution, we all computer users need to be aware of this!

true, we should clean the mouse and keyboards.

yes you are right we should keep them cleaning on the regular intervals for our own better health and their better life even.
