Do you think the fruits and green salads are must for better health?

Hi friends, I have heard many times that fruit and green salads are very useful for the health and we should make them a part of our regular diet.Do you follow it?Have you felt better practically? Or it is a myth only?

yep definitely cuz these foods are high in fiber that cleanses you digestive tract which keeps you from constipation so yeah it healthy and is a necessity to have them in you diet

I think it's very healthy to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and stuff. This kind of food has a lot of vitamins (especially when eaten fresh). Fruits and vegetables are also easily digestible, so it won't hurt your stomach and so. Juices made from fresh fruits are also very good for health and also taste great, so do fruits and vegetables too.

hi mtvmtv, green salads and fruits are very very good for health that thing is known from the olden days,animals eating green thinks like,grass,leaves etc etc,mostly they do not have bellies,spects,BP,Sugar,TB,HIV etc,think them and know that green things that is fruits and green salads are good for health,have a nice day

Fruits and vegetables are an important part of our diet, aswell as meat, grains and other sources of food. fruits and vegetables are a good source of vitamines and minerals, so they certainly add to the healthy aspect of food :D

yeah both fruits and vegetables are good for health as many doctors are also recommended to their patients to eat daily fruits and fresh vegetable to keep healthy

Yes it is completely true and there is no question of its being a myth ,everywhere it is written that fruits and vegetables are important for your life and really necessary for your diet.I don't follow any diet in particular but I eat whatever is being made for me as thee thing made for me is always deliciou and nutritious.

Hi mtvmtv, Yes fruits and green salads are no doubt very good for health and there is no myth about it. They improve your resistance power, give a good glow to your outlook and do not add to your weight also.
