great choice the life of rama still holds significance even in the age attrocities it gives us immense strength to believe in oneself

So difficult to narrow it to just one, but I think I would go with Life of Pi by Yann Martel. So beautifully written that I couldn't stop thinking that it must be real - even though I knew it was not.
