Resident Evil 3 - the best classic horror game

Resident Evil series are classics! We all remember the creepy atmosphere in game. The zombies, the survival feeling. . . And, of course, NEMESIS - scary, disgusting. Every time he appears you should really pay attention and run if you want to survive. Anybody who played the game remember the phrase " s-t-a-r-s . . . " :) Do you ? What I want to ask you is : * Do you think that Resident Evil 3 - NEMESIS is one of the best horror classic games? * When was the first time you played the game? And did you played it on Playstation? Or PC ? * Which was your favorite moment in the game ? And because the question's answers depends on what age are you, it will be usefull to write your age :) I'm near 23 and my fist time playing games was on NES (Nintendo Entertaining System). I discovered Resident Evil on Playstation. It was real hard to play because it was payed by hour. We were going to Playstation clubs and paying to play hour by hour. Then the PC revolution solved most of the problems :) What's your case ?

Oh my God! My childhood! I first played this game on the Playstation the year it came out. I was just 9 and boy did Nemesis give me nightmares! I love, love, love, love this game! *fanboying* My cousin and I used to play this almost every Saturdays until the wee hours of the morning along with RE1, RE2, Dino Crisis 1&2 and other popular games of the time. The best part for me was the scene where Jill rings the church's bell, opens the double doors, looks up to the helicopter that was finally going to rescue her and says "It's finally over..." And then BOOM! Nemesis blows the helicopter up. The found the battle after that tough for my first play through(Hard Mode) and kept dying. Probably the hardest boss battle in the game. I still play it from time to time to remind me of the good old days.
