herbal or detox stuff to lose weight

does anyone know of anything herbal or any type of detox or diet pills that actually work in helping you lose weight,i'm not desperate to lose weight but it'd be nice to fit into the jeans that have been sitting in my wardrobe for the last god knows how many months

I keep hearing that green tea is the best thing overall. Other things have been hyped over the years, but I think that different things are useful for different people. They will tell you that things that are laxatives will help you lose weight, have clearer skin, etc. etc. and I do believe that herbs will make you feel better.

those laxatives mess up your system and make you really ill, I always just drink green tea, and eat less and walk more and also drink plenty of water as a lot of times when we think we are hungry we are really needing water, its calorie free too. he he.

If you have the time to be home and close to a bathroom, one way to really clean out your system and lose a few pounds and inches along the way is to buy and use a good colon cleanse product. Usually these products are meant to be used in a cycle of 3-6 weeks depending on the product. But from what other people I know who have used them say, they do work to clean out your intestinal track, and make it easier to lose weight with other products or weight loss programs after you have completed one. Just be aware if you have any bowel control issues that these things can cause you to have the runs when you first start using them, until your body gets used to it.

doormouse the only really safe way to lose weight is just cut down on portions and exercise more. all that colon detox does is give you painful diarrhea and upset your system like crazy. the diet pills mostly rev up y our system and will in a little time rev your heart into a heart attack. dont use that stuff, it is not safe, just eat less and exercise more and drink plenty of water. simple but effective and safe.

if i eat any less i will be eating nothing at all,i don't get hungry very often so i don't eat a lot,as for the exercise i can only do a max of 2 mins a day coz of my medical conditions

They do say that dring alot of water is a good start rather than drinking anything else as most other things still contain sugar.They say by drinking water you are also flushing your system out that also helps as well so i was told by this really thin person and she eats like a horse so it must be right either that or she has worms.

...Hi doormouse, Try to drink up to eight glasses of water a day, this will flush the fat, you'll be running to the bathroom, but weight will come down. Half a potassium pill every other day, if you increase your water intsake would be a good idea. Also use less salt, less sugar and white bread. Start exercising before you get out of bed, leg lifts, arm swings, sit-ups, bend your knees, swing them from side to side, do your own innovations. Sitting on the floor and bouncing on your bottom and on the sides, also rolling from side to side on your bottom, can reduce some inches. Good luck. Take care.

you have 2 options because the only way you are going to lose weight is to get off your butt and get away from your computer. OR toss the pants out since you'll never fit them again if your going to sit at your computer and look for cheap and easy ways to lose weight.

i've been adviced not to exercise for more than 2 mins a day coz of my fibromyalgia and m.e,i manage to walk to the school and back twice a day,but that makes me very tired,and i can't bare to throw out my old jeans coz they're really nice,i'm determined i will fit into them one day

nope sorry can't think of any products, all i mainly did to lose weight was walk and some othe excerise and eat less. not much point in me going out for chinese all you can eat now cause i won't eat that much. but it took me 12 onths to fit back in to my old jeans i've not worn in 5/7 yrs, yes i still got them. they were my goal to fit back in to them and be comfy as well. still got a bit more to go in my view and will doing what i'm doing to get there.

i've still my old jeans from 5 years ago,i like them too much to throw them out
