My first grader son ask me this question yesterday. The answers seems very simple. To give it a twist, do we really knew that are the things that can be recycled? And are we doing it religiously?

Recycle can reduce our waste that we produce everyday. By doing this, we can help our world more healthy. And that show our love to this world. Yeah.. maybe that's the simple way to give answer :)

I do it all the time, specially my garbage instead of being piled up somewhere. The wet garbage is used as compost, and the dry one I put in the incinerator which again is used for my plants. The solid waste such as plastic bags, broken glass etc is used as filler material for any lightweight foundations that are required in my garden such as garden seats, etc.My used water is chanellised to trees. All these activities will help protect the environment from being over used.

I AM. the primary purpose is to use whatever there is in the household. to lessen the garbage. remember, garbage contributes to the pollution, and we don't want to add to a polluted environment that we already have.
so ALL OF US, start recycling, NOW!

Hi Fulltank.
One reason why I do it is because it helps to reduce taxes in my county. Less landfill space is used so there is less spending on the landfill and having to open a new landfill cell.
Aye, lol, religiously. I have boxes of paper and one for plastic bottles.
