When someone disagrees with you, don’t lose your temper . Because it is of no use to do so. You ought to be patient and keep calm lest you should quarrel with him. My learder has a bad temper. One tiny mistake make him angry. But when he calm down he can feel sorry for my colleagues. Quarrel can not resolve the mistake. After angry the leader can give more suggestion for the colleagues.
In addition, patience will also bring us success. When we meet with difficulties in our work, it is no use losing heart. We should keep on fighting until the final victory belongs to you. How about you?

I think power of patience perfects our life.If we take a survey on this we can we can see only 10 percent people with patience.I think we all have lost patience in some situation in our life.We can achieve patience by self control .If we can control our tongue, then we can control our self entirely. The tongue is connected directly to the heart. So by putting a restraint on your mouth you simultaneously stop any impure thoughts from excessively filtering through your heart and mind.If we can love all unconditionally, then we can develop patience.
