Do you suffer from hand spasms?

Yes, my hand sometimes will be sweating a lot too, it makes me don't want to shake hand with others and hard to concentrate on doing something. I will try to avoid people touching my hands if it is sweating, probably don't want people get scared of my cold and sweaty hands..seriously this problem have bring me a lot of inconvenience for years. I'm searching for cure of my problems on the internet,but those methods just won't permanently cure sweating hands and feet, it just make me sweat less. If you really have a serious problem with sweating hands and feet, you can consider having an operation to stop it(should ask for any doctor or specialist for advice), it costs around RM10,000 in my country and that may be the only way to instant and permanently cure it. I suggest you not to do that. If you having a serious hands sweating problems, it may be something wrong in the inner part of your body. My sweating problem gets better compare to last few years. I'm doing exercise frequently and having healthier life style...it is the best cure for your body.
