I think requesting a check or a pre-paid paypal credit card doesn't require verification. I'm not sure about that though, maybe you can try and see if they let you. If not, you can spend it at a online store. Many of them accept paypal as a source of payment like ebay and I think amazon might too. Good luck.

as far as I know, we can shop online by using PayPal even if its status is not yet verified but it is limited to about $100.

Hi zhouxi, much depends upon how much is there in your account. If it is a small amount, you could take guidance from learn2earn. If it is larger sum, then withdrawing and putting in some government securities or bonds within your country would be advisable. The returns earned on them can supplement your monthly income. Leaving money idle in banks for long period is bringing down the vale of money. So as soon as you can withdraw, do it. :) I dont know the procedure in your country. But out here, in India, we have NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) code, which banks give to us. Each bank, each branch has such a code. You might have to give this account number for withdrawal. Please confirm how much would be bank's charges, before withdrawing the amounts. Hope you understood.

By the way, watch out for the dates on which exchange rates are good. :) Since anyway you've waited, you might as well wait for the day when the rates are higher, isn't it? :)

You can still transfer money or spend your money from your Paypal account even if it is not verified. If you withdraw it to your China bank account, it will charge you USD35. I have to say the charge is very expensive. I love China

Perhaps you can try to buy something via the net. Or if you can have a bank account in Hong Kong, then the transfer charge will be free if your amount is over HKD1000.

To determine whether the status of your PayPal account verified or not, can be seen on My Account. Then see below, there are information about the status of your PayPal account. If not yet verified, you can verify by using a credit card. In my experience, we are charged $ 1,95 fee charged to our credit card. After that, you must enter the code found on your credit card bills. After you enter the code, the status of your PayPal account will become verified, and costs incurred by this will be refunded to your PayPal account. Once you verify your status, the withdrawal and transfer restrictions will be lifted. In addition, you can also withdraw funds to your local bank account.
