Help!! Lost calendar data!

Earlier today i went to check my calendar from my iPhone.It was screen locked and in my pocket.When i opened my calendar there was nNO RECENT DATA.I had just made entries earlier this morning and saved them, didn't delete and saw that they were there..........Now nothing! When i logged into my MobileMe webpage the data was gone from there too.. Is there any way to retrieve the data?? There were some items I REALLY NEED TO GET.
