Drink Tea Everyday in the Morning ... is it good?

I want to know the opinion of friends as well. My wife really loves to drink tea in the morning but I was not so. I often say to my wife to reduce drink tea because I fear could lead to diseases such as kidney problems. What do I do this wrong? because I really love my wife.
