Do you believe that beforehand something bad happen, there is a sign or hint, you can pick up from your daily activities? You might notice it, and you might not think that is a big deal, you won't pay your mind to it. Somehow I believe that, and I might saw the sign, and I don't know whether it is the sign or not. Before the accident, the heating tube of my portal heater was broken. Before that night, some weird message was sent to me, and tell me to pass along to 10 people, or something bad happen. Do you believe it? or it just superstition?

Hi kingparker. I really see two things in your post: 1.) signs of what will happen and 2.) incidental activity that we do or don't do followed by an adverse affect. I feel there are definite signs and indicators that we can observe and sense. For example, we can sense sometime when someone is not telling us the truth or the way a relative might act for even a second might indicate trouble ahead. For the latter, where we do or not do something and then something adverse occurs that has, on the surface, no relation to the activity we have done or not, no. I feel that is superstition. Blessing or trouble is going to come either way whether I walk under a ladder or I break something.

It is a bit of personal choice, and personal opinion I believe. Some people choose to believe it, while others don't. We always want everything goes our ways, but it never happen. We just follow the rule of the nature, aren't we all?

I personally dont believe surperstitious beliefs but it wont hurt if I'm a little bit careful and vigilant about it. I would like to share some superstitious beliefs that I know when it comes to giving sign before bad things happen: 1. When in your dream you lost a tooth, dont tell anyone about it or someone close to you will die. 2. When any kind of glass was broken, something bad will happen.

Your sign of telling such a scary one, and I don't want to think about it. It is really creepy right now. It is like watching "Final Destination". You knew it gonna happen, but you can't prevent it. You felt like powerless.

I don't believe in superstition but i too believe in something that comes before hand. Sometimes i dreamt of bad dream and it does happen or sometime i don't feel like praying to God. Whenever i become so neglect of praying then it happens bad things either to my dear ones or relatives or to community/neighbours. If negative things coming in my mind again and again, it does happen bad thing. However, inorder to avoid all these i have pray more harder to God. Thats the only way out.

i don't knowhowto say that. i am not a superstitous man so i can say i don't believe that. i never saw some hint or sigh before an accident. but i always dream something which could happen in the later days. i noticed this when i was in the high school or unversity. when i dreamed and remembered that, someday in the future when i meet something, i could suddenly feel that scenario was very similiar which was the same in my dream. but all those were just little things. very strange yes?

I don't really believe in superstition but I believe that usually before something bad happens there will be a sign of what is to come. It happened to me a lot of times so I have learned to trust my instinct. One best example was when my new mobile phone was stolen. I was living in an two room apartment when I was still in college. I was sharing it with a friend who is also my sorority sister. We just came home after an out of town with the other members of our Sorority and Fraternity. It was already almost midnight when we arrived. Suddenly, my uncle texted me to borrow some CDs. He asked me when I could bring it to him. He asked if it's okay to bring it the next day if I'm going to go to his place. I was very exhausted and plan to just stay at home the whole day the next day so I decided to bring the CDs to him that night. I new it was a risky decision since I will have to ride a public vehicle. Something is telling me though not to go and to stay at home. I was having second thught until finally I decided to drop by at his place that night. My sis told me to wait for his bf who will be coming in a while o he can give us a ride but I said I can't wait any longer coz I want to be back home early. I have no plans of staying in my uncle's house for long. There, my mobile phone was stolen, my bag was slashed by ice pick as I was on my way to my uncle's house. My uncle ended up giving me a ride back home.:(

Yeah I felt the same, and I just don't know whether there is something gonna happpen or not. Either way, I couldn't prevent it myself right? So, I just let it slip of my mind. Life is such a mystery.

No, I don't believe in that, those are just those stupid e-mail chain letter. That is cooincident 100% Whatr I do believe is that we all have a sixth sense, ESP or whatever you want to call it that can warn you of something is going to happen. Like when you're standing on the a curb and you're standing on the street and for no apparent reason, you step back and suddenly a bus goes by that you didn't see rolls past that would have hit you had you not stepped back. Or you suddenly think of someone you haven't seen or thought about for a long time and the next day or two they call you or come over. And you say "I was just thinking about you." a very very interesting book that I read about all this is called "How to make ESP work for you" by Harold Sherman. It's very expensive on Amazon but you can find one for 7 dollars on ebay. It's a buy it now price and shipping is included.

beleive in some bits that there are signs something is going to happen weather good or bad. i get itiches. like my left foot means something is going to be point less, eg work is going to be crapy the next morning, (cows making a mess of the dairy) or something else don't know what it will be till we get there. or you just go with your gut instinct on it.

i believe on signs. I experienced it many times. there's this time where i have to meet some friends. when i wake up, i found out i have no stock of shampoo anymore so i went out to buy one. then when i was about to wear my jeans, the fly got ruined. so i change my outfit. then the last sign was when i was waiting for a cab, it rained hard and i got wet so i went home again to change. after 5 minutes, my friend called me and ask me if i am okay. Why? because there was a bombing on the mall near the greenhills were we are about to meet... well, that moment was just one of those freaky moments of my life where signs showed up.. so i believe in it.

i do. usually i get that feeling that something wrong is about to happen especially when i'm in a good mood because most of the time after something good happens a bad one comes next. it sucks to know it. based on my experience, i always get that feeling, like intuition, that something bad is about to happen.

Hi there! Women are especially strong on this. They have what we call intuition and most often this is right. Yes, sometimes there are signs or warnings that tell us that some things will get screwed up. Sometimes we need to listen to our inner eye and instinct.
