Here are some tips or guidelines on which Network Marketing Company to join.
First, know the Product. It is important that you know what are the products and you must look at the target market of the company if it is consistent with the profile of your prospects or is it usable, do they need the product everyday. After all they are the people who you can sell the product.
Second, know the Company Profile. Who are the owners and the President/ top management of the company? What financial resources do they have? What is their vision and serious are they to pursue their vision? Do they carry original products? Do they grow their business on their own merit? Are they leaders or followers?
Third is Credibility. An examination of a company's compensation plan would reveal how it plans to grow its business.
Fourth is Distributor - Friendly. Where the company gives equal opportunity to everyone, is logical in its approach to distributor support and has a proper implementation of the compensation plan.
Last is the proven compensation plan.Be careful with new companies or those with new variations of network marketing compensation plan that have not proven themselves. Never look for a promise but look for a plan that has already been tested to be easily duplicable.
You do you have any tips or guidelines that you want to share?

Company management with integrity, you covered that, but I would suggest in your search of who the owners are that you check to see what else they have done.
Timing in the company, timing in the industry. First the company, getting in earlier can mean a higher pay out, 95% fail in the first year, and 95% of what is left fail in the second, so make sure you join a company that has proved it has staying power, unless you are feeling really lucky. And timing in the industry, I don't think an LP will fit in your CD player.
Remarkable Product that is value priced, you covered that nicely, but even if the product isn't unique, if it is the best priced. Consider this, any product, with the the ingredients being the same, the base cost will be within pennies of each other. Some companies will sell for way too much money, because of an underdeveloped business plan.
You covered the comp plan nicely, get one that pays the part timer as well as the serious networker.
and third, the proven duplicable system. Any proven duplicable system will work for the person that "follows it to the letter" I just so happen to know of one that is free.
Would it be okay if I shared that system with you?
