hi abhinavi2 aloe voera is a very good plant which is being used in many cosmetic products and it is even used in ayurvedic medicines too.the aloe voera gel when applied over pimples and burn marks,they get cured.it also helps in keeping skin clean and blemish free,and also when used removes the scar marks too.

I keep serval growwing around my home they are great for burns my nephew was learning to walk an was toddling by the stove an fell on it an I slice the aloe an let the juice drip on his hand an not one blistr an it healed real quick

hi abhinavi2. there are many aloe vera plants in my house. it can be used to enhance skin growth,help in skin blemishes, cure and relief pain, cuts, burns and bruises. besides, aloe vera is effective in killing bacteria, fungus and mold. Acne can also be treated by aloe vera and it is really effective.

it is used on some beauty oils like ponds cream and so many like this.there is one benfit which i know well some oil is come from this plant leaves and it is very useful to wet and glow our face in summer and winter also.try it i am getting best result in this

If you want to grow aloe vera as a cash crop, you'd have to have a climate that never goes below freezing. Aloe Vera is a semi tropical plant and can't take cold weather. If you live in a climate that is subject to freezes you'd have to have a very large green house to grow enough to be a business. You didn't say if you just wanted to sell the plants or if you wanted to sell aloe vera products, but here's what WikiPedia says about growing it. Aloes do best in a warm environment with an ample amount of strong light. They can do well with some direct sunlight part of the day. They do not tolerate freezing temperatures. They can grow quite large in a greenhouse and need only be re-potted when absolutely necessary. Cut the lower leaves for medicinal use as the plant grows from the center outward. Do not over water and you need only fertilize moderately during the warmer months. Good drainage is essential. Do a search for "growing requirements for Aloe Vera". You'll come up with a lot of information, but most of it is for growing it as a house plant.

Aloe vera plants, when you break of an inch or so, are good when you apply the "juice" to burns or other wounds, and they also make a good moisturizer. Plus, they are pretty and fairly easy to grow :) Karen

I'm not aware of all of it's benefits; but it's awesome as a hand moisturizer.
