anyone who uses nokia n96 unit?need some help here..

hello mylotters, i need some help, my mom gave me a nokia brand n96 but it was bought by her co-employee. I've read the features of n96 and it has a tv and downloader..but my phone doesn't have like features... what can i do? i want the tv put on my n96?
