Okay, so my doctor told me that I need to cut back and go back on a low cholesterol diet. I have to admit it has been extremely difficult for me, especially with all the added stress that has happened in my life.
My overall goal is to hopefully, get myself under control with my eating habits, however, it is so hard because I like so many different things.
Do yo find it difficult when you have to make changes in your diet? What do you do and how do you handle it?

In our country, especially many big cities young people will be under great pressure, this is the main reason lead to them have diet without any rule. They often haven't breakfast, have lunch like an emperor and dinner also.I think this method is very unhealty. But sometimes I have no way to balance it,can you give me some good idea about it?

You are right a diet like that is unhealthy. Especially when you don't get enough exercise or drink enough water. Your boy retains all the fat.
It is hard changing the way you eat and how you live. Many people like myself, struggle with it daily. I am still having issues changing my diet and getting more exercise into my schedule.

I was looking into water retention diets for this year, seeing how 60% of our weight is merely water weight anyway.

Interesting. I actually just read an article in Women's Health magazine that is based on a water diet of sorts it combines increasing your water intake with the increase in foods that are high in antioxidants. I wonder if this is a good way to go. It makes you think. :)
