Do you eat breakfast?

Hello,Java09.I like to eat breakfast almost everyday.I would feel hungry if I didn't eat breakfast.And I also think breakfast is very important to my healthy.But sometimes I didn't eat breakfast when on weekends,it's difficult for me to get up early.

Yes I always eat breakfast everyday and it is healthy to eat it than eating dinner. You need to start your day with full stomach so you can function very well. I can't last without eating breakfast I can't function very well when my stomach is grumbling.

Same as You are, I have that habit for a long time a go. At first occurred when I was in college. I do chores until late at night and slept late. My campus is far away from my house, need 1 hours to go there with a car. Well until now, even I am still doing the habit.

I also drink coffee every morning it removes my sleepy feeling when drinking it. Then here in our country theres a breakfast food which is really popular the "GOTO and Towa't Baboy", we sell it here in our place that's why every morning this is my breakfast. I'm sure you will also like it and by the way the cost of it was really affordable for only 30 pesos you will have a pair of it.

Hello there! Yes, I eat breakfast. It is the most important meal on a day because it gives the energy you need on the day, lunch and dinner is just to replenish your used energy. I usually eat 2 to 4 cups of rice during breakfast and almost the same amount during lunch and dinner. Coffee in the morning just makes a person alert but to have some energy, breakfast is required even if you don't feel hungry because you need it. Have a nice day!

Hi java09, i do eat breakfast as it is considered the most important meal of the day. Many well known nutritionists and dieticians recommend that we start our day with a good breakfast. Skipping breakfast makes us more prone to fatigue and exhaustion, comparing to ones who has had a hearty breakfast. It is learned that, people who takes breakfast regularly are brighter than their counterparts, who skip breakfast. So i recommend a good and hearty breakfast to everybody. Thank you.

I never miss my break fast. I may miss my lunch, and I regularly miss my dinner, but I never miss my coffee and break fast in the morning. If I do not get these two things, I will not be able to do any work, the reason being I get tired very easily without my morning break fast.

To me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I usually have a cup of tea when I get up and then around 8.30 am. I sit down for breakfast which includes some form of eggs, bread, butter and a cup of tea again. Breakfast is important as we break fast after so many hours of sleeping and our body needs the sustainance, so Id advise you to eat something before you leave for work. It will pep you up.

I eat breakfast I guess just no first thing when I wake up in the morning. I am never really hungry first thing and if I do eat something then I usually feel sick to my stomach. I usually wait about an hour or two before I eat something.

i love eating and yes i enjoy eating breakfast as well. i work at nights so before i go home in the morning i am the one who brings home the breakfast. or sometimes i text my wife and she will be preparing a good breakfast for us to share. it is the perfect time for us to talk and to be intimate for our son is still be sleeping. i eat breakfast and enjoy every bite of it.

When I wake up in the morning I am sooooo hungery, I am all shaky and I can't function until I eat so I have to eat breakfast, and the sooner the better. I have always eaten breakfast so my body is just conditioned to have it. I usually have a bowl or two of cereal and some orange juice. I love having my orange juice in the morning. I have never been a big coffee drinker, if I am really tired I might have some though.

I usually don't eat breakfast either, and I am good until lunchtime like this.
It's weird, but if I eat something small in the morning, like a bowl of cereal, I am usually starving an hour later. If I have a big breakfast (eggs,sausages, french toast, etc), I get so tired right afterward that I need a nap.
They always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but for me it's most important that I don't have breakfast.

Breakfast is very important to me. It may be until later in the afternoon where I'll have a chance to eat again on most days. So I try and eat at least something for breakfast. It might be something large. It might be something small. Regardless, I always eat something. Without a breakfast, it would take me much longer to get going for the day and the day would be a lot tougher to get through as well as I get hungrier in the afternoon.

me too. although breakfast is the most important meal i do not have it because i do not have the time. so i take only coffee and then leave the house. it just feels good to have something hot in my stomach.
