Clicksia & Incentria - Account Moved?

I've accessed Clicksia & Incentria just then, and it says;
"To Improve Customer Service, This Account Is Being Move (moved?) And Will Be Back Shortly. Please Check Back Soon!"
Does anyone know what's going on with the two PTC sites?
Are they moving to a new server again??
