"EUTHANASIA" suicide mercy-killing.. PRO OR ANTI? / myLot

hi guys!! euthanasia it refers to the practice in ending a life in a painless manner. This is an ideals of bodily incorruptibility and immorality have been envisaged in many cultures and religion. Christianity for an instance, holds that, had man not sinned and been expelled from paradise. there would have been no disease and death. In truth, morality has been the great and omnipresent mystery. beyond mans powers and in the hand of the god and fate. hence man has tried to tame death. Well, what are your points of view about euthanasia. are you infavor to this or not?. since in the bible it is a MUrder. this issue is still on the line of debating.. :)

I can understand why someone would want to do this. I know from experience how hard it is to watch someone who was once vibrant fade away, in pain. I would hate to be dependant on other, unable to do anything for myself. But murder is murder. While someone is alive, there is still hope. People who really want to die just give up - and they will die. Helping someone die, is killing them. it is also taking a decision that is not ours to take. Who are you to think you know better than God whether someone should live. By the way, I also know people who have been so ill, or in so much pain that thay wanted to die - but who are now living full lives and loving it.

hello freddystickman. i really love your response. that people still live but suffering in needs hope to live. well God is merciful that has plans for each of us. and right! murder is murder. like what you have said euthanasia is all about killing. that we, as a person, dont have the rights to cut one's life. if i am in the position that suffers in pain, i will grab it and hold my hope. faith in God i need to be able to live again and be cured or not. everything has a purpose and all people has its time limit here living on earth
