How Can I Generate Leads?

Does anyone really believe that Google is a way to make money? I feel like I used spent money with Google but I have not made any. I came across this wonderful website where I can advertise my products for free all I have to do is get people there. It is an auction website, and I thought it would be a great way to market my products and sell them. But I need to know where I can generate leads so that I can sell my product. Where can I go to find leads that would buy my products?

Many people who market online generate leads by using a squeezpage (page designed to capture visitors contact info such as name and email). They them follow-up with these prospects with a series of email massages - and eventually low & behold some will buy!
You also might want to try salegenie.com - I haven't tried them yet but I see their commercial all the time and heard that they have some pretty good leads in a variety of categories.
