Everyone has habits, there is no denying that, but some of our habits end up going against societal norms. The results can be good, unchanging, or bad - especially depending on what the habit is and the people that surround you.
So what are some of your bad habits and have there been any consequences/rewards from them?
Plus, do you think that are any habits that shouldn't be accepted by society at whatever cost?

I have a habit of keeping my hand in front of my face when I am sitting down. My friends call me "that guy with the hand in front of his face." Lol! I don't think it really bothers anyone, it probably just makes me look odd. Not that I care or anything. I think habits of killing or molesting aren't good habits to have...

Of course I agree with you about the molesting habits, etc. For those I never even really thought about them as habits but I guess they are actually.
If your hand like completely blocking your face, or just something to rest your chin on. At least you take it lightly what your friends say and I'm sure its all in a complete joking manner.

Yeah, it is in a joking manner. I don't put it completely in front of my face, just pretty much by my chin haha. I also bite my nails all of the time and that is a horrible habit because my nails are getting smaller and smaller! Time for a manicure...haha.

It is ture we all have bad habits. One of my is i clip my toe and fingernails and put them whereever i am on a table or nightstand. When i was a kid i did this was well. This act drove my poor mother crazy. She would yell at me and ask why.I live alone now so there is no one to yell at me ; i have had people live with me in the past that hate it too;but i can't help myself. So this habit would not be good in society. It may people think i was gross or something.

Yeah, nail clippings can be seen as gross but I don't necessarily see it as being gross, but it could be annoying having to clean up after someone.
For me I view it kind of like the hair things. EVERYONE has hair, people touch hair when its on the person's head, so why is it just an EWWWW thing once it reaches the floor, etc.
