The simple answer to your question is, energy giving foods like carbohydrates-rich foods are the ideal food for breakfast. Because, it's the start of the day, you will need a lot of energy to keep you on a good start.

Hello,emediloy,My family used to eat rice or fried rice, with matching scrambled or boiled egg, for our breakfast.Sometimes salted fish or fried fish.We also have fruits,juice or coffee.Yes it can be,you can eat only fruits it depends on you,My nephew in Japan,they used to eat 2 bananas only for their breakfast.Happy mylotting!

I like to have steel cut oats with walnuts and a five or nine grain bread with mashed avocado on it for breakfast. It is filling and keeps me from getting hungry early i in the day. Oatmeal is supposed to help keep my cholesterol under control. I also sweeten the oats with molasses because it is better for one than sugar. I cook up about 6 cups of the steel cut oats all at once then put serving sizes in the freezer and then heat up the serving for breakfast. I cook it in my crockpot or I would burn it.

Doctors tell to take food 4 times a day. They say whatever you eat , divide it into 4 parts and take it four times, morning lunch, evening and dinner. Depending on your energy requirement for the morning part of the day eat that much. I being a college student take a heavy breakfast and eat less during my lunch so that i dont fall asleep.

A good breakfast is heavy meal one. Best food for breakfast is a rice meal, fruits and a beverage like milk or fruit juice. Some prefer tea or coffee in combination.
Having a meal with a rice is a good source of carbohydrate for energy storage and used in everyday activities. Fruits give a rich source of Vitamins for immune system and anti-oxidant which prevents aging. Milk has a big source of calcium and do prevent constipation.
A healthy body must have a healthy source of foods. Proper meal diet will give a balance supplement for the body. It helps the body from any possible diseases and an active lifestyle.

It was found out that breakfast is the most important meal whenever you start your day, so i always go for the high protein stuff like eggs and cereals, and it is best if fruit is available that is rich in fiber.

Bananas. bananas are good sole breakfast food. If you are in a hurry and no time to scrunch up sometime wholemeal, graba banana.
