do ur ears hurt when listening to mp3?

well, i dont know why. or because i've not listen to musics by mp3 for a long time, so my ears hurt? or becasue the earplug is bad, so they hurt?... friends, have u ever had such conditions? i think i need to buy a better earplug.

I have always thought that listening to music through earplugs are not very good for the ears as they can pound on the ear drum and make the inner working of the ears feel painful. I tend not to listen through earplugs now, but have got a small set of ear phones that fit right over the ear and not inside the ear. That to me feels much better. - Derek

i have a set of ear phones that fit right over the ears, but it's bigger, i only leavt it at home. i use earplug, because it's much convenient. but now i feel maybe i need to buy a small set of ear phones. so that i also can take it along with me any time i want. thanks, derek_a.

Yes, hearing with the aid of earplug for a long time, will definitely cause ear pain. I usually use the earplug for a maximum 30 minutes. I prefer to listen through subwoofer connected to speakers. Here there is no need to put anything like earplug to listen music.
