What photos do you have that you can see around you?
Are these at your work station cubicle, or at your study desk at home, or on your computer table?
Who are the people in the photos and do you remember if this was taken at a special occasion?
I currently have no photos around me because I'm at a temporary workstation, but once I'm in my permanent cubicle I'm going to surround myself with photos of places I've visited and photos of my family! And perhaps even a small self-made scrapbook or two.

Hello there squaretile!
I do not really have pictures on my computer table here at home. On my office table neither. I have pictures flashed on my digital frame though. The digital frame is on my side table in my room.

you are very advanced! I was thinking of whether to splash out some dough on a digital photo frame...

Not me.
If you go for one of those personality tests, you will know there is one particular categories of people who prized relationships above all (not saying the rest are cold and heartless ).
So for this type of people, they are the ones you will see at the office with their family photos up. It is quite hard to miss.
For me, well, I don't belong to that category. I prefer a mix of class and utilitarian style.

No computer table and no photos. All we have is a laptop and our reflection when we open the computer is our photo. I am a freelance writer working part-time from home and so no work area also. May be in future, I will think about it.

I have them as my desk top wallpaper, I have them taped to my computer tower and taped to my desk (I'm at work) I also have a few pictures in frames on my shelves at work.
If you saw my house, you'd be overwhelmed with pictures of family and friends. They are the people who complete our lives so I feel their picture is better on the wall then of a tree or a cat or whatever.
I LOVE my pictures. I'm always worried that I go overboard but I get complimented by every single person that walks into my home that it just makes it feel so livable and vibrant and they really just get a sense of love from my house.... love is really what makes a house a home right? So I guess I'm doing my job! haha

I don't really have any photos or picture frames around the computer on the computer table. There just isn't any room left to put any other stuff there is only enough room for the computer stuff. lol. I just have an old desktop computer to work on.

I have a bunch of clutter on my computer table at home here - hee hee - and yes, included in the mess are photos. They are all mostly family pictures - most likely of my almost 5 year old during various occassions and whatever during the year. I have been so lazy to make albums for years - so when we do make print outs, we have piles just sitting there collecting dust. Have fun with your photo venture!

Hell, I don't even have a computer table at the moment
All I have is a laptop that I use all around the house. And, thanks to a current state of unemployment, I have no official work desk (or workplace, for that matter).

The photos I put on my desk are organized in sections. The first is photos of my family and friends. The second - photos and posters of people and things I admire. And at the third section I put photos of me - moments which I'll never remember. I have some of my favorite books on my desk too.

I hate to admit it but my computer table is so cluttered that I have no space for photos. However, I have a nice tidy shelf on the wall above the computer table and I have a couple photographs of my children on it. One of them was taken during a visit to Santa and the other is a photo which was taken in the school. I never thought of putting up photos of places I have visited. Sounds like a good idea and it would make the place more cheerful.
