From rank 1-10, how mad you get when no one responds to you question?

I would say 10, lol. I can't stand it when I ask a question and no one responds to it at all. I know that I obviously didn't make much money for asking a question that got no replies and it's even more annoying not being able to see what people would say about my question. It makes me feel like I completely wasted my time asking it, haha.

i prefer 10, because actually we need an answer or more so we can know other members perspective about the problem that we ask. We ask because we need a solution through an answer from other members that maybe have more experience and can help us to solve any problem.
So, i do will feel waste of time if there are no answers in my discussion, but maybe it's just a matter of time, and we just be more patient or try to socialize it to get more response. So it can be live discussion, thank

Well, to be honest just 5 because I'm not mad when no one replies on my question though I'm a bit curious why but not mad though. I just think that the reason why there's no single reply is that my question doesn't makes sense or it's not that interesting like other questions here in mylot. Come to think of it, we get better and better each time we get no response to some of our question/s right so we create a more interesting one. It's not that we wasted our time writing those questions here we just don't hit the pot or the other mylotters attention so don't ever give up and be more mindful all the time when posting a question.

I don't really get mad that is why my response is 1. I feel puzzled, becaue I think a lot before starting a new discussion and I am always wondering what I id wrong, because most of my discussion have less than 3 responses. That is why I post discussions rarely now - I don't want to feel disappointed. I was thinking about starting a discussion like this one and I am glad you did it instead of me, because this way you are saving me the disappointmet

I would have to say 0. I'm quite neutral when it comes to no one responding to my discussions because I know that my topic was either boring or no one happened to see it. On second thought, maybe 5. If I created a topic that to me, was engaging, but no one saw it, then my temper might go up.

I wouldn't be mad. Everyone has the right to choose the discussions they would respond to, basing on thier own personal standards. I'd rather have no response to my discussion than 20 or so useless or irrelevant ones, to be honest. Those are the ones that would make me mad!

I would mark 5. I don't get mad easily with people nowadays since I am getting older. :P But imagine if you are with a group of people who gather together for some mutual purpose and you pose a question in front of everyone but no one pays you attention, it can be very frustrated, socially and emotionally. I will definitely get metal in that kind of situation. But in Mylot people surf through hundreds of questions a day, it is not unusual for them to miss some good questions. I sometimes find an interesting question popped out when I look at the page more closely. Posing questions on Mylot is like shouting at all ships on the open sea. The result could be random.
Has anyone ever done some analysis how mylotters respond to questions and discussions? It is like in marketing, customers' mind is always a mystery. :P

Well I have several topics which has zero or no response at all... But It doesn't make me feel mad at all... I think it is more on a feeling of disappointment... More so, if I was really trying to know something and asking for some good opinions or suggestions... I am actually not a topic starter and most of the discussions I wrote are has real meanings for me... I would say if I am to rank it in the category of disappointment --- and 10 is being the highest --- the rate would be 8. For I can still seek advices from my other offline friends...
It is okay, there are so many interesting topics listed in here and on some point our topics can really be unnoticed sometimes... Though it is really nice to see lots of responses...

....Hi powerbrokernape, I try not to get angry, so I'll say 3. What I do is wonder what I can do to put forth a better question for discussion, and try to think in a more creative fashion. There is no telling what kind of question will catch the attention of responders. So, you do the best you can and keep on pushing. Tomorrow may turn out to be a better day for your discussion questions. Take it easy. Happy 2010.

6 maybe, bordering on 7 and it's not that I am mad. Just a little distressed that my topic did not garner any interest. That can be a shot to the old ego a lot of the time. It may force me to sit back and ponder what went wrong. Maybe I'll be just a bit upset, if I had put a lot of thought into the topic. Not enough to completely ruin my day but it will be a weight on my mind for a bit of time.

i would say about a 9 or 8 but not a 10, yes. it would be a wate of time if nobody answer your question but it's also partly your fault maybe because your questions arent interesting enough....
sometimes i spend too much time thinking of a question that i completely wasted time and then sometimes i forget it, that is what makes me mad!

Well if 10 is seriously ticked off then on a scale of 1-10 I would fall under 0...it doesnt make me mad at all...if ppl dont respond to a discussion I start then so be it....no sweat off my back ya know...Its just not a big deal to me

If I start a discussion and no-one responds, is it my fault for starting it or the fault of others for not responding?
I would start asking myself where I went wrong before I put the blame on others. I would not be mad at all as it would be me who had done something wrong and I would try to work out the reason so as not to repeat the same mistake again next time.
