who is a leader?

In a certain group their must be atleast a leader to lead. Leader just not define as a boss but a person with a will to serve or to lead his/her members.In a group a leader has the biggest impact,where in he must be known or popular than his members. Leader must be a strong motivitor of his members.

As my thought, to be a leader is not an easy job. There some characteristics or requirement for it. Foremost, a good leader must has basic qualify such as responsibility, can be trusted,monitor etc.. In my case, i would be a follower 1st because im not enough experiences and qualify to be a leader. Why im saying that im a follower? as a follower i will try to gain experiences and information from leader.Once i have enough experiences, i would be a leader.In the real life, some leader would be success toward their goals and some would be faile. This because the fact of experiences.
