Which would you choose?Would you rather be a child again living in a care free, fun life with no bills but having to listen to your parents or the stressed life with bills and work but having all the fredom in the world ?
I have only raised a few issues you can raise the others as you make your choice between the two ?

This is a very tough on, for I am always saying I wish I was a little kids again, It was alot more carefree when I was a kid. It is a lot more stressful now, but I am about to get married and I am happy, I don't think I would choose to change the life I live now. Unless I was offered money, and then I would have money but that would be the only change... haha.

I sometimes imagine what it would be like to live my life again knowing what I know now. I'd be so good at school, I won't make stupid mistakes, that would be so cool. But when I was a kid, I wanted to grow up already. So I guess that feeling will happen again

If only I knew then what I know now... Wouldn’t it be great to have a young physical body with an older and wiser body? I am sure everyone has wished for that at one time or another! I am not so sure I would like to revert back to bring a child again...Too restricting for me...I would like to be at least over eighteen! I would choose to be twenty again with today’s mind set. It would be wonderful I could repair a lot of the mistakes I made, get a better education, not marry my childhood sweetheart...The list is endless!

Hello my friend ronnyb Ji,
Well, I am of firm choice, that I would like to go back to my child-hood and remain free without any responsibilities, leaving everything formy parents. I will be just obeying otehrs at the cost of playing and marry making. But can child-hood be recalled.
May God bless You and have a great time.

I would rather be an adult because, like you said, you are free. Plus, I love to work. It makes me feel needed rather than a useless lump playing games or something. Also, sometimes childhood was rough. Its really amazing just how mean children can be to one another. My childhood had some ups and downs that I really dont care to repeat and I am enjoying the limited freedom I have during the week at school - there isnt much to do in my small town. But I graduate in May and I can not wait to move out and to really start life no matter how difficult it will be for awhile.

as much as I want to be a child again,I am contented being an adult.being adult may be difficult, but I learned a lot of lessons.I am independent.I earn my own money.I don't have to wait for my parents to buy me something I want.what I do is,maintain a childlike persona.I am in touch with my inner child.I see beauty around me and live simply.

Yeah I guess that is answerable depending where you stand. Of course if you ask a child they would choose to be the older one since they have not experienced being a grown up. But as for me being a grown up already there is a part of me that wants to return back to a life of a child being carefree and not problem at all. Where everything seems to be achievable and is ruled by fantasy and wonder from an innocent mind.
Now that I am a grown up I feel the pains of getting old. I may be free from parental guidance and living on my own and having fun with my own kids but the troubles of experiencing getting all the aches here and there and the slowly eating up of your strength due to stress from work. That is why I am dreaming of going back to my yesteryears.

Well, I had a pretty rough childhood so I'm not really keen on going back to those years. However, I consider myself a child at heart. I like having fun, being creative and seeing the world through a child's eyes at times. So I'd stick with being an adult, continuing to learn the important lessons, yet keeping that inner child alive and well.

tough question. both have their own unique benefits and of course limitations. but if i were to choose, i prefer to be younger but not necessarily a child. maybe around teens. i chose it because at that age, i can have the benefit of both. i can be carefree yet i also have little responsibilities and freedom that you do not often have when you are a child.
and then as a teen, i would do things better now that i know that most of my fears are baseless. i guess thats it

What if we could have both. When we need a little de-stress we switch to the childhood life and when we want to do anything without consultation we switch back to adulthood. lol. In reality though I have realise that every experience I have learned or received for that matter has made me what I am today. Im humbled by what lessons life had taught me. I was happier as a child but that was carefree happiness. The happiness of not "knowing". I am somewhat happy as an adult because I have learned that true happiness is from God and from within you. Not something someone else is gonna give you. I say I want to remain as an adult who has not lost some childhood aspects.

Sometimes life can be discouraging as an adult. The opportunity to return to childhood can be appealing. If I could be promised not to have to face childhood dilemmas of the past, going back to childhood would be great. A fresh start at adulthood and different choices would be wonderful.

i also think about this sometimes, once a while i would like to life like a children. Because it full of fun and nothing to worry about, i only need to make some fun with my friend, play and all the work has been done for me. But the fact that we must grow up and that what we are, become an adult, work, married and etc. That what we call with life circulation.
But as the time goes by, my mind also grew up and i choose to life like know, to be an adult person. As an adult I may face and must solve any problems that come into my life. But each problem that i can solve, it mean that i gain more experience and always learn to get more knowledge.
The thing that we should remember is that every problem must be have a way out. So , it's depend on you how to face and solve this problem. thank

Wow if i really had a choice i would totally go with being a child again man. i mean it was all about fun back then plus i would have all my old friends back and be able to play when ever i want to and watch cartoons when ever i wanted to. i wouldn't have to worry about stressed school or about finding a job or calling and trying out for colleges ! back in elementary school were the easy days and really fun days, even recess was the funnest thing back then, not to mention all my field trips and omg i totally forgot about all my toys ! wow that's why they said to appreciate your youth and live it to the fullest, even though i did i wish i could go back and do it all over again.

I would have to say back to being a child no questions asked. You spend your days playing and having fun while the adults carry the responsibilities and handle the difficult tasks. You aren't judged in society and people will accept you for who you are. A typical day would probably go like this: eat, play, and sleep. You have nothing to worry about except maybe a relative pinching your cheeks really hard.

when i was a child, i always want to grow up fast and me an adult with so much freedom to think and decide. but then, when i grew up, i just realize i wanted to be a care free child who can play all day long... go to school, do assignments, mess up the house, jump and play here and there. no problems, no pressures, no obligations...
its always like this. we love to go back in the past to escape our today especially because of the problems we have to face being adult with so much freedom... if we will always be like this, we will never grow...
i have a choice now, and that is to grow and not to remain as what i am or i was.
