Do you quote proverbs often when you are talking with someone?

One of my relative has the habit of quoting proverbs according to the context every now and then when we talk over some issue. He readily has a proverb to shoot in-between the topic and sometimes it is really exciting and surprising to watch him use the exact proverb at the right moment. So do any one of you also have this habit? Do you use proverbs in your work place or during an argument with someone? Please share your views....
