Cancer is a killer disease. As we are all aware that it can snatch away lives slowly, how do we deal with it when the victim is no other than our love ones.
When you learn that one of your family members or friends is suffering cancer, how would you help him/her to fight the killer disease? How would you deal with your own emotion?

I agree with you that cancer is a killer disease that can affect not only the person who has it but the entire family as well. I know that it is hard for the patient who had it but also for the immediate family. I guess just be with the patient emotionally and physically cause the patient needed all the love and care especially all the times that cancer patient needed to undergo a chemo. The support system is necessary for the family to surpass this all. Need to hang on and be together as a family to lessen the pain, be it physical pain for the cancer patient or emotional pain for the family. Its hard to see someone you love to suffer, but be strong for the cancer patient so that she/he too can have a will to survive.
